How I got started
Thank you for stopping by!
I got into gluten free baking after being diagnosed with a couple of autoimmune conditions at 15, one being Celiacs disease. I experienced the scarcity of flavor rich gluten-free food that still held the texture of the foods I had loved all my life. So, I started making my own! After lots of trial and error, I have gotten to a point where I prefer my gluten-free and vegan baked goods over the traditional treats I remember. My goal is to deliver delicious nutrient dense food without compromising flavor or texture that just happens to be vegan and gluten free.
Ingredients are everything!
Did you know that most store-bought gluten free vegan products are full of overly processed ingredients, chemicals, and heavy metals? It’s true!
In all of madelyn’s of granville products you will only find whole, nutrient dense ingredients. There’s nothing to hide. I take pride in the quality of my ingredients. Take a look for yourself, everything is right there on the label!
What to expect in the near future
Of course there will be more homemade cookies ! I am consistently working on perfectly new flavors and products. I can’t wait to share them with you. Muffins, scones, breads and more are in the works! Cinnamon rolls, breads, muffins, and savory flavors are all in the works.
